    Hi Craig,

I have been impressed by the level and depth of engagement with all aspects of the module. You have grown throughout the module as a person and a teacher in HE. You have been a champion of peer observations and have helped many of your colleagues but also been innovative and creative in your own practice and experimented actively with new approaches using high- and low-tech approaches. Continue exploring opportunities to create rich, stimulating and collaborative learning experiences for your students and place your students in the driving seat of their learning.

I am extremely proud with what you have achieved and wish you all the very best for the next PGCAP module and your future here at Salford. It was a real pleasure to have you have you on the module and I hope we will be able to continue working together.

    Very well done!

Please let me know if you wish to discuss any of the above. Thank you.

    Hi Craig,
I thoroughly enjoyed reading the blogposts you wrote for the ALT Module. They take the reader through your own reflexive journey regarding your project. They are sincere and show how your ideas and approaches to teaching with the use of technology matured throughout the module. I feel you provide very strong evidence of your role as a reflective practitioner. You also showed that, as an educator, you are attentive to students’ needs and willing to listen to their comments, reactions and suggestions.
Your project is also important in that you provide a critical account of using lecture capture as part of your educational intervention. You account for the cons and pros of such an activity and try to understand how it could best benefit the experience of the students you work with. This balanced view, product of the mini action-research project you conducted, strengthens your work immensely. I would also like to congratulate you for capturing the iterations through which the project went through so well.
All in all, this is an excellent portfolio. I would like to encourage you to continue the development of this and other projects, and to carry out research in this area.
